Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the courses?

We have 3 different types of courses which vary in length depending on your course/ type of enrollment. Our intensive course has 5 levels and each course is 8 weeks long. We also private classes (1-2 students) and private group classes (3+ students) which are both 4 weeks long.

What happens when my course ends?

We have different course levels to meet students’ needs. Level 1 is our very basic course and the lesson content becomes more advanced with each level. Level 5 is currently our most advanced class.

How long are the classes?

Classes are 1 hour (60 min) long and are held 2x weekly.

How does the payment plan go?

The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Once you’ve been accepted, 50% of your course fee becomes due immediately. The remaining 50% will be due halfway through the course. Special payment arrangements can be made as well, so let us know. Payment reminders will be sent.

What books do you use?

We use Madina books for Arabic, Mawrid (dictionary), Touhafatul Atfal, Jewels of Tajweed, Nahw Alwadih. Other books may be used by the teacher, recommended or required. All registered students will be informed in advance.

what happens if i am late with a payment?

If you are late making a payment, then a late fee of $30 will be applied to your balance for every late week. This is will also be stipulated in your agreement. Be sure to let us know in advance so that an alternative arrangement can be made and to avoid incurring a late fee.

do you offer refunds?

Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances which are outlined in our refund policy. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before registering.

Do you teach boys?

Yes, we currently teach boys up to age 7.
